What do you think was the best werewolf film ever made? For me, it would be between Dog Soldiers, An American Werewolf in London or The Howling. I feel The Howling has the best visualisation of a werewolf, while An American... has the best transformation scene.

Though I do love American Werewolf and the Howling.

RC has a good one--IN THE COMPANY OF WOLVES. Assuming you consider it a werewolf movie, I think it's the greatest one made. I have a soft spot for THE HOWLING, too, as one of the first horror movies I saw in a theater.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

I'd say Company of Wolves counts.

THE BEAST MUST DIE

can't really explain why I love this as much as I do... it's the only movie I own a poster of. also the only signed autograph I own is Tom Chadbon, who played Paul in this movie. (don't know any other movies he's been in)

He was in my fave Dr Who episode City of Death.

I think it's excellent, but I wish they'd cast someone other than Angela Lansbury - not cause I don't like her , but because I can only see her as Jessica Fletcher. it takes me out of the movie...  (bit like when Leonard Nimoy crops up in a movie I can only see Spock, lol)

Despite the title, it's actually quite a funny episode.

Tom Baker walks into a Paris restaurant, says "Patron! Three glasses of water and make them doubles!"  :teddyr: :teddyr:

And it was written by Douglas Adams, no less.
