^ I saw the BEAST WITHIN (1982) at the theater when it was first released. The transformation scene scared the p**s outta me!

Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)

Yeah, I like BEAST WITHIN a lot as well. Good acting and pacing. The SFX aren't the highest quality but they deliver the thrills.

my personal favourite of the 'kids-stuck-in-retail-environment-overnight-sploitation' genre

I didn't notice the picture until now, RC. Thunder and flash, man, I hope that chair's only temporary. Heal.

I'd offer to ask my aunt to light a prayer candle for you across the ocean, she's in charge of that at her parish, but I figure your candle would turn black and growl .

Get better soon.
What does not kill me makes me stranger.

Sorry to see you in a wheelchair, old friend!
Get better quick!

It's my desk chair! I don't wheel around in the f**king thing. I walk all over the place. I'm not a cripple! It's got a cushion on the seat! And wheels, If I wanna roll back in my chair.

I'm glad you're OK: I went 😳 when I saw you in that chair.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Did you not read what I wrote? I'm FINE. I'm not confined to a wheelchair! I use it in my computer room as a desk chair.

Well that's eclectic. Maybe  you should put a couple skulls on it for decoration, paint it black, go with a retro Prince of the Ninth Circle look.

And good!!

That C word is not cool... I'm sure no one here would think any less if you were

In the 90s worked for 6 months as part of a small team assisting a paraplegic wheelchair user (spinal injuries) who was studying At uni for a degree in law... was a real eye opener, the life this guy had to deal with, and his determination. have so much respect for anyone in that situation
I grew up with a dad that lost his leg in Vietnam.  He's perfectly fine with the word "cripple" and prefers it to "disabled".

fair... I mean, I have a black friend who is perfectly fine with the N word, which is cool, but I personally wouldn't dream of using it in casual conversation (or ever, really)... like I said, maybe I'm being over sensitive?

P.S. I really think you should change your handle to 'chainsaw vertically challenged individual'
