This one is weird in that way that only 80s movies managed to do. 

I'm not sure I'd call it a comedy like the box does.  It's mor eof a weird sort of fantasy, almost like a more horror themed Labyrinth but without David Bowie.  It does have Gilbert Gotfried doing a small cameo as Hitler though. 

I also really love the Hellcop villain.  There's a guy that deserved a few more movies.
