What TV Shows Are you Watching?

I recently completed the entire 60s run of "Batman." Has to be one of the top 5 TV series of all time. This thing was just magical.

Oh, agreed.  One of the best shows ever.  I don't care what anybody says.

On another note, I just finished watching The Good Place.  Very nice show.  Ted Danson is highly underrated as an actor and I applaud the fact that the status quo and set-up of the show keep changing.

I'm currently watching What we do in the Shadows.  It's a show about several vampires that live together and they're all idiots.  Fun stuff.

I do remember watching that one as a kid. I'd never seen it available on DVD, but if it is I'll look out for it and buy it.

Their WAS a remake in 2021. It lasted 2 years.
I usta watch the original on TV in 1972. I was 10.

I do generally like 70s/80s tv shows, but I'm not really into the whole cowboy era / aesthetic, which is when this is set...

^ I dunno- I like westerns, if they're good. Junk like Bonanza- phoey. I love GUNSMOKE! And RAWHIDE was good.

take Clint Eastwood... love the DIRTY HARRY movies, but just can't get into his westerns...couldn't even manage all of THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY. it's not that I think they're 'bad' ,just the whole wild west vibe... 

anyway I am still trudging through series 5 of SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN.

the episode I watched yesterday involved Steve Austin using his bionic skills to lift ...drumroll... a chair, and move it about 1 meter.

I've been binge-watching Netflix limited series this summer - Most recently a Polish murder mystery called FORST (translated DETECTIVE FORST in English) which had a remarkably unsatisfying ending.
Others, like THE FOREST, have been quite good.

Nice. Not sure why or how but I usually tend to enjoy tv spin-offs way more than their originals (GALACTICA 1980, THE BIONIC WOMAN, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE '88) so might try and check this instead!
