Hmm... CHEERS? I wish real bars were that much fun.

Without searching Google, can you name a Taylor Swift song? (I can't.)

Funny, I don't think I know even one Taylor Swift song, but I do seem to recall she had one called Dear John, right?

Is it "racist" to dislike an ethnic cuisine?

Well since food isn't a race, I'd say no. Then again, yesterday I saw an argument where someone was declaring that having all Mind Flayers as evil is racist.

If Mind Flayers existed then maybe he'd have a point, but they are also a race that survives by feeding on intelligent species brains and breed by implanting a tadpole into people's brains until it takes over their bodies. If someone was trying to do either of those to me, I'd class them as evil.

Sorry, I am wandering a little.

It shocks me that some people do consider food prejudices "racist." It amuses and irks me how "racist" has replaced "prejudiced" as the all-purpose go-to word for any sort of perceived discrimination, against people or things.

I've never heard anyone make that claim, and if I did I would think they were not a serious enough person to get mad at.

Sad to say my fourteen year old is of the opinion that there's racism in shunning ethnic foods. Sigh. Brilliant girl but full of controversial viewpoints. (I think she's at an age when being critical empowers a sense of independent identity in her.)
