Flippin horrible.

That's kind of an old favorite of mine. The pacing is certainly sedate, but it's got that weird late '70s / early '80s feel to it, and the characters are pretty good.
I'm proud to say that I have this on DVD
I'm so happy that it proves I belong on a site like this.
:teddyr:
I liked the setting, a desolate mining planet, & the VHS cover artwork, but that was it, the delivery wasn't too good.

One of the worst movies. It's an hour and change of people constantly screaming.
I never did understand that whole scene with the woman who cut her foot off with the hedge trimmer. Also, why did they have hedge trimmers on an ice planet?

LOL, I think we were supposed to think it was a mining tool or something :teddyr: I believe her foot was stuck on something and the air was leaking out of her space suit, so she decided she'd rather lose a foot and get into the airlock rather than suffocate. But that didn't turn out too well for her.
Bu that's the point, all the drama/intense moments were done lame.
I've never seen it, but I always saw the box at the video store as a kid. The notion seemed odd to me back then, and it still does now!
When you see the trailer on youtube, at the end it says, 'Sir Run Run Shaw presents Inseminoid'. I looked at that and thought, 'oh my god, it's one of the Shaw Brothers!' I could not believe that someone who had a hand in creating some of the greatest period kungfu movies of all time also had a hand in a movie about an alien beast breeding with a human female.

I am going to see this at some stage, just to put a complete picture to the trailer, and find out if it is as bad as it looks.
I bought it cause its British Sci Fi, & in general they do more with less, Dr Who, Terrornauts movie etc. Not this time.
I saw this at the drive-in. I can't remember what the main feature was, but I thought this was a pretty entertaining drive-in flick.
Never seen it, but I must say judging from the trailer that it looks like my kinda glorous cheez.
