We're looking to ditch the satellite since it costs over $120 a month and it looks like YouTube would be about $100 cheaper a month. We just got fiber internet here that can go up to 1g so I think we'll try streaming at current speeds but look at speeding up to 1g if needed.

A local food truck specialized in American BBQ.
Apparently the truck's been around since 2013 (with excellent reviews), and I only found out about this a few weeks ago. The truck is at a different daily location, serving food between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm only. They have a Facebook page but they only reveal their whereabouts at exactly 11:00 am with no indication where they will be the next day. They are in our town once or twice a week at an unusual hidden spot (not a place I personally would sell food).
Not sure why they make it so difficult for people to track them down. All I want is one of their top rated beef brisket sandwiches lol

On their FB page they offer a link to an app/map but it is not very helpful since they haven't been listed on the map except for other food trucks that don't really interest me.
I did some research and they actually have a homebase set up in our town, and they used to sell food every Monday at that "secret" spot in our town. After reading FB comments it appears they quit serving food in our town some time ago. Their location info on their FB is still active. It showed yesterday as "open now" in our town. I went there before work (late shift) but their homebase was abandoned, and there was none of their trucks either. I looked through the window of their tiny building and I saw a rack of buns and bread standing between old and rusty smokers and grills, but no one was there.
I've messeged them a few times on FB but they never answer. The only time they post is when they are at other towns serving food.
edit to add
Confirmed they stopped serving food in our town so there's no use following them anymore on FB.

An obituary for an instructor of mine, who once----kid you not---gave us a quiz consisting of a bunch of names of real and fictional characters, and we had to argue whether this infamous person best fit his description of a sociopath, or a psychopath. He was so strict I argued in a side note that one person on the list demonstrated narcissism so profoundly that was probably his most defining trait....and this teacher docked me a point for deviating from his instructions!
