The great Joseph Losey directs the great Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor in an adaptation of a play by the great Tennessee Williams, and somehow everything goes "Boom!" And what's the deal with the Easter Island statues on a Mediterranean island? Seriously, does anybody know? Like a lot of Taylor's post-Cleopatra movies, it was a box office flop.
