I once saw a horror film when I was younger that I can't quite remember. I think it started out with a couple that crashed into a tree or something like that. Then they went to a large white house to get some help, but they get trapped there I think. Somewhere in the film there is this guy who grabs a lady's hand and pulls it into a meatgrinder and cranks it so meat comes out.

There was also a scene with this weird guy with a drill on his hand who ran around in that house I think(?). And then there was also a girl in the house who smears lipstick all over her face. She got killed and her head ended up on the dinner table later on the film with an apple in her mouth (I believe), like a "pig" head on the dinner table. So I wonder if any you guys happens to know the name of this weird film? I think the film was very dreamlike and had an unusual tone to it.

I'm unsure about how old this film is and some details could be slightly wrong of cource, I haven't seen it in many years.

The second film is about a mad doctor (I think) who makes zombies out of people and then takes control over them. One thing that I can surely remember was that the evil doctor dies at the end outside his mansion (or something like that) out in the dark getting killed by a very sharp thing, moving in full speed - either the doctor was running or the object swung through the air at him. I think it decapitates him or cuts his body in half. That's all i can remember. I think someone suggested "The Dead Pit" for this one, but does anyone know how it ends? If the doctor dies?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

The first movie could be Night of the Demons; at least there's a lipstick scene similar to the one you describe in it (it's been too long since I've seen it to remember everything clearly).
"They tap dance not, neither do they fart." --Greensleeves, on the Fig Men of the Imagination, in "Twice Upon a Time."

It's not night of the demons, although many people has suggested it. Thanks.

as far as the second film is concerned, i think that does sound a whole lot like "the dead pit". the first one sounds too much like every rock-music-fueled slasher film from the 80's.
