Most of you know that I'm intensely addicted to WIKIPEDIA
I often find myself spending 3+ hours regularly on it learning as much as my mind can absorb with 10-20+ links open simultaneously.

I've done a bunch of reading on B-MOVIES in general and certain specific B-movies like MANOS: The Hands of Fate.

I have seen numerous references on Wikipedia to www.badmovies.org for the links to movie reviews posted here.
To my knowledge, no serious comprehensive BADMOVIES.ORG page yet exists on Wikipedia.

We need to create one!

Remember, Wikipedia is a site that anyone can edit.

I suggest that we write the Wikipedia page here first.

How can the serious, anal-retentive, neutral-about-everything-including-Sarah-Michelle-Gellar Wikipedia keep a straight face while reviewing our site?

So we are going to create a website which is devoted to giving information about another website?

That being said, we should probably add 'much more sexier and better looking than any other b-movie site' just on principal of course...

Tell me when it's done and, assuming it's not too lenghy, I'll add the translation to the Spanish version of Wikipedia.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

No no...
It simply needs to be an encyclopedia page describing what badmovies.org is.
It doesn't need to be long and drawn out.  Just a single encyclopedia entry.

Hehe, I know, I was just being silly at the time...

Perhaps just a short blurb explaining what the deal is and how sick and twisted we all are, is all that's needed I guess!

Anyways, I'll ponder on this some more...

Badmovies, org is not really a 'phenomenom' or item of interest itself in it's own right to really be worth a Wikipedia page.

I mean, "a serious comprehensive" page on badmovies.org?   All badmovies.org really is  is one guy writing good reviews of bad movies and a bunch of other people talking about them and other stuff.  I mean, it's a good site and fun and all and I enjoy it and all but...there are many bad movie review sites on the web that all have their own flavor and style and such.  A wikipedia page about a web site?  I think it would have to be a particular type of website that is noteworthy in it's own right like google, ebay, or slashdot.

Now, a wikipedia page that dealt with the concept of bad movie review sites as a general medium for sharers of a love of bad movies in general, including comparisons of styles of many sites could be interesting.

There you go...that actually is a pretty good idea.

You may have a point there, Freep. I just consulted Wikipedia and noticed it has an entry on bad movies (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_movies). An addendum listing websites that celebrate their badness for fun could be enough.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

Badmovies.org certainly deserves a wiki entry - it's one of the most prominent badmovie sites, if not THE most prominent.  And it's been around a long ass time now.

Jabootu has one, though it's very brief.

I say go for it.
