Psychotronic Video Mag...wassup?

I'm sure most of you have seen,read,or heard of Psychotronic Magazine.It's rumored to be defunct.I was in the middle of a sub.Does anybody know anything at all about this matter.They're website just tosses around rumors.Also,did Cult Movies Mag go belly up? I got one issue of a sub in December...and no mas.I wrote,but nada.Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I used to write for Psychotronic, about 15 years ago, but didn't keep in touch with anyone -- Even so, I would be quite sorry to hear they disappeared --
