Cult Movie Magazines

Just curious, what "genre" magazines does everyone around here read, if any?

I, myself, don't subscribe to any, but I always make it a point to look out for issues of Videoscope, Psychotronic, Scary Monsters, and Cult Movies magazine.  There are probably some others I'm forgetting...

For whatever reason, most of these don't seem to be coming out with new issues anymore.  It's like, as soon as I started buying issues they stopped making them!   At first I just thought the bookstores I was visiting wasn't keeping up with the latest issues, but going to most of the web sites for those magazines leads to either an error message or -- and this is even worse, in my opinion -- it shows their "latest issue" on the main page, and it's the last issue I bought, half a year ago!  What gives?

Well, if anybody knows what's up with them or -- even better -- any similar magazines to look into I'd really be interested in knowing...

I have a problem looking for horror magazines myself. I was looking for a a good cult movie magazine and everytime I go to a bookstore they don't have many. The ones they do don't seem all that interesting. I finally caved and just got Fangoria.

Psychotronic is a quarterly at best --
It varies with the amount of money coming in --
All the strangemag situations require a lot of money -- I know because I wrote/write for a lot of them.
To do a magazine is expensive.  Very very expensivie.
Even a cheap, crappy little fanzine is costly.  You have to have some sort of revenue producing thing in place before going ahead.
