Get yourself a region free player with PAL to NTSC encoding.  

I reccomend the Apex AD1500, as it's $80 and can be hacked to be region free as long as you have a CD burner.  

You won't regret it - a lot of trashy movies, of course, get limited releases, sometimes in other countries.
