Oh, no.  :bluesad:  That man was an inspiration to DIY filmmakers everywhere.  He obviously enjoyed what he did.  RIP, indeed, Mr. Dohler.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

And he was from my current location, Baltimore.  I had no clue or else I would have tried to track him down for an interview.  Maybe I can still catch up with some of the other people involved in Time Warp Films.  I have three of his films in my collection - "Nightbeast," "The Galaxy Invader," and "The Alien Factor."  The middle of that trio is the worst, but "Nightbeast" and "The Alien Factor" are good for a view.  I have helped a couple of people identify "The Alien Factor" from foggy memories.  It obviously made an impression on some that made them want to find and watch it again.

I read this sad news a few days back. Don was an inspiration to a whole generation of indy film makers (myself included) through his various magazines.

And Andrew, please track down George Stover (pictured above) for an interview - he was a frequent contributor to Don's Cinemagic magazine & appeared in a number (if not all) of Don's films.
