Zombie Movie. Toxic Waste...

I remember seeing this movie years ago in florida (and also a couple years ago, although i only watched a little of it, it was on TV) and theres a boyfriend and girlfriend that sneak into this building, a secret research building or something. And they get into this little room, and the boyfriend opens the metal barrell or something, and they hear some one or get spooked bythe barrellso they run out. Then the barell opens a bit on itself (which, we find out later that a zombie has come out of it and the barrell was full of toxic waste with the zombie in it). also, another scene was a zombie with his head  leaned down on his shoulder and was attached to it by flesh, which he eventually lifts his head up and breaks the skin so his head isnt pinned down to his shoulder by the skin anymore. And also, i think its the boyfriend/g.f. again and they are in this white van with a chinese guy, and then the chinese guys head must have gotten bit before because he turns into a zombie, then the van stops and police are there and kill the zombie, not knowing its a zombie. I really want to find this movie again, it was really good, and really 'B'. Thank you.

(This movie isn't "Return Of The Living Dead" if you were wondering. I have already checked that out and it wasn't it. Although the 'barrel, toxic waste zombie' part is there too)

Sounds like Return Of The Living Dead 3 to me.  It's Brian Yuzna's entry into the ROTLD series of films.

It's definitely Return of the Living Dead 3.

Yeah, I saw this movie too, under the exact same circumstaces. Tell me the title because I have been looking for this movie also. The first reoccurring Zombie made a "Ruhh agghh! Ruhh agghh!" noise when attacking.

Post this B-Movie title ASAP.
