End song to My Bloody valentine?

Does anyone who who sings the ending song to the movie My Bloody Valentine. I thought it sounded a little like Paul Williams, but I can't find anything that indicates it was him. In fact, I can't find ANY info on the song, other than a couple quick mentions in reviews of the movie. Every tme I try to search for it, I end up getting hundreds of links to the group of the same name.

All I know is that it's set to the same tune as "Cat in the Cradle."
