First of all i'm new here! wooh! and even though i haven't posted here, i have been a reader of the many reviews on badmovies.org, thought it was about time i registered for the forum.

Anyway JasonX was so-so.. it had some good bits, like the virtual camping scene.  And the guest appearance of David Cronenberg! (which was bizarre) But overall was pretty dull.

They don't have the rights to any part of the Friday the 13th franchise except the Jason character and his background story with Pamela.  That's why the change in title, and no Tommy Jarvis, etc, in FVJ.

I own Jason X, and I find it entertainingly cheesy.  I think Robo Jason sucks though.

I thought that "Uber-Jason" kind of bore a resemblance to Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Also kinda reminds me of Lord Zedd from the Power Rangers, or maybe The Guyver.
