Calvert DeForest aka Larry "Bud" Melman passed away at 85.

I'm sure St. Peter met him at the Pearly Gates with a hot towel.

Ah man, that is sad news.  Larry Bud helped get me, and some friends, through grad school.

RIP, Bud, you'll be missed.

I will always remember him in "My Demon Lover" as the guy who suddenly dies in the health food place and goes face down into his tofu (or whatever it was).

EDIT:  He was in other stuff and Scott just posted a picture, but for some reason that scene sticks with me.
