Return to Cabin by the Lake is one with an outboard (yacht) motor death and Phantasm II has a chainsaw duel.

EDIT BY ANDREW:
These posts were originally part of the reader comments for "The Mutilator" here:

I split it off into a new thread, as the discussion turned to outboard motor deaths.  No insult intended to the posters, just attempting to keep the comments for "The Mutilator" focused on that film.  Swapping information about which films have deaths by outboard motor is a fun side topic.

For the latest on the fifth installment in Don Coscarelli's Phantasm saga.

While I have not seen it, and therefore cannot verify it, supposedly one of the rapists in "I Spit on Your Grave" is killed by an outboard motor.

Andrew

The outboard motor kill in "I Spit On Your Grave" was partially the dumb victim's fault.  Not that he didn't have it coming to him.

I think that the funny thing about the outboard motor kill in this movie is that the killer is holding it.  The motor is not attached to a boat in any way shape or form.

Ah, when I think of "outboard motor death" I just think of someone who dies because of an outboard motor, not necessarily whether it's been wielded by hand or on the back of a boat so much... hmmmm, I'm hard pressed to think of a movie other than this one that would involve that.

Not a death by an outboard motor, but The Deep has a pretty cool fight involving an outboard motor.

On an unrelated note to that, there is a very similar fight with the same actors in The Sword and the Sorceror.  Instead of an outboard motor, it's a grindstone.
