An alarm clock that runs away

Some crazy fool has designed an alarm clock that will run away and find a place to hide in your room if you keep hitting snooze, thus requiring the suffering sleeper to get up and catch it to turn it off.

If I had one of these, I can see two things happening:

1.  I would get proficient at throwing odd objects
2.  I would need to purchase a new alarm clock after mastering #1

Read about this thing a while back on Gizmodo.  Pretty neat little idea.  I'd love to have one, if only for the geeky novelty but I don't use the snooze button.  I'm out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off, not that I want to be....

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

This would be worth buying just for how badly it would mess with my cats......... :bouncegiggle:

I wonder how many hits with a ball bat it can take?  I'm sure that's what would happen to it if my husband had to chase it around the room.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't the sport for you.

"Clocky." Clocky? How about "F#cked Up as a Can 'O" Wormsy" if it ran when I wanted it to to shuddup?!

The guy who thought this up is a genius, if you feel you need one and it p****s you off, you'll kill it, but then you'll need to buy a new one, or it could be he's just a sadistic SOB.

This thing would be splintered plastic and scattered LCD crystals if I got near it with my cricket bat.  :teddyr:
