Can i just completely VENT about how irritated I am this movie has not been re-released on DVD? Does anyone know if there is any intention to? Why would they have a special anniversary edition in Europe only?

I really want this DVD, and I do not want to shell out $93 or even $40 (that's ridiculous) as badly as I want it. Those are the going prices on Ebay/Amazon. What's crazy is Netflix or amazon do not even carry it for rental.

There has got to be a petition out there or something....

I can only suggest what's brought me luck in the past:
Look in the back pages of European publications like "Fortean Times" magazine -- some US releases that were also released in Europe under other Production imprints have gotten "official" runs -- just be sure to specify that you don't want PAL -- though I'm told that some American DVD players can now handle the European coding, or can be tweaked to do so.  Electronica is NOT my forte . . .

I have no idea what this means.

They were supposed to rerelease it back in late 2005. I don't know what happened.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Has he trotted out a 30th anniversary box set yet? I'm sure he will by year's end if he hasn't already. :teddyr:
