So I wanted to write a slasher film where the killer is so brainwashed by movies that he kills dressed as movie characters and kills them the exact way the horror character killed their victim... then I saw Fade to Black and relaxed... not only did someone already did my idea... but they perfected it as well.

I seen it. It's not as good as it sounds...though it does have a hot girl the nut movie freak/psycho imagines as Marilyn Monroe. He dresses up as Dracula, the Mummy,a gangster...and some others...it was a long time ago. I think it actually could be remade and updated into a better picture. I think I t was on HBO when I saw it...about 1982.I recall a prefame Mickey Rourke as a movie buff/bully,as part of a fanboy gang(?!),so it ain't too realistic I guess. It 's kinda disturbing to me,as it shows movie fans to be a bunch of obbsessed ,emotionally unbalanced nut jobs....which we all know is bullsh!t....right?

RC, I'm only an obsessed, emotionally unbalanced nut job part of the time, when I tell the voices in my head to shut up they usually do and then I'm fairly normal, I guess. :teddyr:

You can tell them to shut up....and they actually listen? Mine never do. :twirl:
