I like it too, and really admire people like me who hunt down particular recordings.  Sounds a little Bryan Adams, then very hair band, very 80s, the keyboards in the beginning reminded me of another type of "hair band" FLOCK OF SEAGULLS...with that eerie touch     Thanks for the smile. 

Haven't seen THE BLOB remake in many years, but it's always a good watch, another one of those surprising remake films that was at least as good as the original, and in some ways better  Of course, I'm thinking of THE THING (1982) INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS (1978) or INVADERS FROM MARS (1986) all great remakes.
