SO I watched this at work today and I have to say though it's bad... it wasn't nearly close to as bad as I thought it was going to be. It was actualy pretty entertaining at points and had really funny parts

Shadow

I went ahead and put it in the Netflix queue, even though it won't officially be released til Tuesday.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

How could they even THINK about making this without King and Romero?! The FOOLS!

So what are the segments? I mean, it is an anthology film right?

Torgo

Without Stephen Kin and George Romero's involvement, this is as pointless as the Day of the Dead 2:Contagium piece of crap that was release a couple years back.

While Creepshow 2 has quite a few problems, it's still at least fun.

The first segment is about a remote control affecting a girls life = decent special effects but otherwise it plays like a bad Are you Afraid of the Dark Episode

The second segment is about a radio that drives a man to murder = The most boring of the 5

The third segment is about a call girl who kills her victims = This is the first one that really got my attention and had a good "tales from the crypt" like spin

The fourth segment is about a mad scentist and his perfect wife = This is the best/funniest of all the segments the whole film is worth watching for this segment alone

The fifth Segment is about a really bad free clinic doctor - THis one had some funny bits but the story was lame still not as bad as second segment

I liked that all the segments happen at the exact same time on the same street so that they're all connected in some weird way. The Film is far from great... it's clearly shot on a very very low budget. The best wayt to watch it is to pretend it's not Creepshow 3 and just a random Anthology Horror flick

Indeed, making a good Creepshow film without King and Romero is a pretty daunting task. Haven't seen Creepshow 3 yet, so I can't judge it, but the critics sure don't like it. I don't mean the old snobby critics either, they wouldn't even bother watching this flick.

No.  Just no.

No.

I was under the impression that somehow I had died, and my punishment was to watch this movie for all eternity.  It's not so much that the movie is bad, it's more that nothing good ever happens.  The movie is akin to a collection of bad Saturday Night Live sketches.  A single idea is dragged onto the screen and slowly beaten to death, then we're on to the next one.  Creepshow 2 was released in 1987, meaning this horse has been dead for twenty years.

I can forgive bad, but I can't forgive boring.

1 out of 5, and I don't give out that rating very often.
Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.

Ech, those sound awful. Not enough science fiction or monster elements like the first two...

SaintMort

Shrug... Maybe I liked it because I popped it in expecting it to be the worst thing on god's earth... but as long as movies like Wolf Creek are allowed to exist in my memories.. this just wasn't that bad

And let us not forget George Kennedy.

Are you trying to torture me?  Does this forum have an "ignore" button so you can blacklist other members.  Why don't you just beat me on the head with a claw hammer instead?

George Kenn...er...him, twice in one day.  I think you just knocked 2 years off my lifespan.
