Anybody have any idea on this movie?

This has been troubling me lately.  I think this is something I saw on TV but I'm not sure if it was a movie or from a show.  All I remember is this:

A man is stacking or loading crates (maybe boxes).  Another man comes along, draws a gun, and shouts, "CARPET STAIN!"  The man with the crates/boxes shouts "No!" and the other man shoots him.  Then the shooter laughs.

Yeah, not much to go on.  But "CARPET STAIN!" has been driving me nuts and I want to (re)discover the context.

Are you meaning the context of the expression "carpet stain" in relation to the scene?

It seems like a reference to the victim's fate; such as becoming nothing more than a carpet stain after their murder. Many films have used the old 'body in the rolled up carpet' cliche as well murder victims have been referred to as carpet stains in some police dramas. It could be actual slang used to describe a victim who has been shot.

Update!

The scene I remembered came from Silent Night, Deadly Night 2, according to this video!

You know, the shame is that I have watched that clip countless times.  It is the one I picked for the review.  I think that missing the correct quote "Garbage Day!" and what the guy was moving (garbage cans) is what kept me from making the connection.

No, the real shame is that I watched that clip about a dozen times, went out and rented the movie and watched it twice, and never noticed he was saying "GARBAGE DAY!" instead of "CARPET STAIN!".   :bouncegiggle:

Also, in all the years I've visited this site, I never saw there was a review for Silent Night, Deadly Night 2.   :bouncegiggle:
