I think i found this one out myself, but it would be nice if somebody could confirm it:

What i remember: a guy "playing dead" in a bodybag, so that he can go to another planet and fight an alien / aliens. I think the alien has a brown colour.

It resembles the one in this movie:

so yeah, is there a scene with bodybags in "the last starfighter"?
if not: any idea which movie i refer to?

I don't think there are any scenes involving bodybags in "The Last Starfighter." None that I can recall anyway. The hero is replaced by a sort of robotic clone, allowing him to go up to space and battle the Kodan Armada. Here's a review for the film from Cold Fusion Video. Check it out and see if it refreshes your memory.

You are probably remembering "The Last Starfighter."

The alien on the cover is his friend once he agrees to fight the evil aliens.  The reptile alien is the starfighter's mechanic.  The guy who recruits the young man leaves behind a "Beta" android to take the boy's place.  Beta hides out in the boy's bed until it manages to fully change into the kid.  I think you are remembering the scenes with the android under the covers of the bed as its face changes.

The boy briefly returns to Earth and an alien assassin chases him.  Beta kills an assassin that is transmitting a message to the evil alien empire by ramming the assassin's spaceship with a car.

Maybe memories of The Last Starfighter are being mixed in with a few images from the last twenty minutes of Enemy Mine.
