I wanted to know if anyone has ever seen the film Detroyer staring Lyle Alzado as the main bad guy.  Here is the IMDB link...

I looked for this online a few years ago...saw it in VHS on ebay then...do remember that Dr Cyclops from Fangoria actually said it was quite good (as Prison Slashers good)
