NEVADA HEAT (1982) a.k.a. Fake-Out - Starring Telly Savalas, Pia Zadora, Desi Arnaz Jr. and a great little performance by Larry Storch. It's the story of a Las Vegas stage singer played by Pia Zadora who is put in prison because she won't testify against her mob boss boyfriend. While entering prison she gets a lot of cat calls from the female inmates and later she upsets some of the women and they get even with her in the shower. After this she's willing to do anything to get out of jail including testifying against her boyfriend. When out of prison she is protected by Savalas and Arnaz Jr.. You'll get a kick out of the two hit men who are out to kill her, but the movie is really all about Pia Zadora's fun character and it's shot like a TV movie from the 70's which is a good thing. Neat little twist ending and some great shots of early 80's Las Vegas.

(6 out of 10 Stars) Sorry can't quite post it on the good movie board. You might get a kick out of this film.

Pia Zadora could not act her way out of a paper bag, but I must admit I always thought she was very cute.
