Frankenstein?

My dad used to tell me of a movie where frankentsein came up to a person and chopped his/her head off with a giant pair of scissors. My only guesses are without seeing first are: Andy Warhols Frankenstein, The Burning, Frankenstein 80, and Frankentsein 90. I would love to find out what movie this is, its been bugging me for years.

Yes, it is definitely Andy Warhol's Frankenstein AKA Flesh for Frankenstein. I remember that scene quite clearly.
