TheFilmFiend

Also known as Welcome Home Brother Charles.

Long story short, a black man takes revenge on the crooked cops who ruined his life by strangling them to death with his enormous mutant penis. Enjoyable for all the wrong reasons.

Has anyone else seen this? Surely there's someone else out there who's had the pleasure.

It is reviewed on the main page.  Andrew didn't  like it but I enjoyed it.   I was not aware of the scene you mentioned before I saw it, so it was quite a surprise, as the rest of the movie was not that kind of thing at all.

I'll have to check out Andrew's review. I tackled this one for a B-movie column I write for Blogcritics simply because of the infamous scene mentioned above. I enjoyed it, but like I said, it was for all the wrong reasons.

It was very weird and something I would suggest people try, but I couldn't get into the movie.  One of those films that is more interesting to describe, rather than actually watch.

I own it! I bought it at a fleamarket under the title SOUL VENGENCE. I liked it alot. Of course I also like peanut butter and bologny sandwhiches.

The film sounds awesome.  I've had it in my Netflix list for a while.  Need to push it up on my list and finally see it.

RC....dude.  I just threw up a little bit after reading that.  Please tell me you're joking! :buggedout:

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

here's my little write up from the netflix reviews:

This is a very low budget blaxploitation movie that has some infamous left turns into...something else. It's almost like an indie flick in places because there is so much dialogue, probably to make up for the lack of funds. It is a little slow in places, but if you like stuff like Dolemite it's definately a must see. Elements of it are not very well thought out or explained, but the director clearly has a few iq points on alot of the visionless exploitation opportunists. and soul.

here are the rest   of my reviews, 6 pages or so, if anyone is interested / bored.
