I have NO idea if this is real or not... has clips from Captain N The Game Master (the cartoon in the early nineties based on Nintendo) and the main character just sucked into Nintendo land where he gets a lecture on sex from Mario and Luigi.

The really bad animations on the mouths and the "cut and paste" quality of some of the scenes make me think this wasn't actually made by Nintendo. I would be curious to see who actually put together this idea though, cuz it's interesting to say the least, heh heh.

Its probably like Anibis said, cut and pasted but the quality is amazing and it is damn funny.  Especially the part where Yoshi is the egg and Boo is the sperm.
