i don't have cable, but the last time i looked 10 years ago MTV was no longer showing music videos. So for me - music videos died in the early 90's. With that said the video's that stick out in my mind, don't think they're the best but certainly are the most memorable if after all these years they come to mind are:

1:30 in, the look of the valley girl
2:20 in where the guitarist "breaks the chains" to hit the guitar solo.

There's also a version of the Indian Thriller on YouTube with made-up English subtitles where someone put in the English equivalent of what the singer is saying (not to be confused with any kind of actual translation of what he's really saying). "Girly Man! Man! Man! Man! Man!"
