Like The Lead in RETURN TO OZ, he reacts belivably to the crazyness, and you don't feel compelled to strangle him. Nice job. The Commentary is cool, and the trailer is a hoot! Totaly Python in it attitude towards movie advertising. It keeps you entertained, and thats by being able to riff on the expectations of the audience. Also, i realy liked the little guys. Thier comradery is infectious, and i wish we could have seen these guys in more pictures. Ah, well. Snag it if you can. Back to you, Andrew!

I LOVE TIME BANDITS.  Sean Connery kicks ass as Agammemnnon (or whatever).  Ian Holm is really good as Napoleon too.

Check out the Commentary on the dvd. Gillium and the rest make for a good understanding about the real world forces that will change the directors vision. My favorite B-ground stuff is how he had a drinking contest with Ralph Richardson to convince him to take the roll of Supreme being!  God IS an Englishman!
