I think Warren has summed up the meaning of "bad" . Boring = Bad. Is the film entertaining is what matters and thats usually depends on ones taste I suppose.
Like, I love movies like

Frankensteins Daughter
I Was a Teenage Frankenstein
Lady Frankenstein.

The whole Frankenstein topic is great. Think about what your seeing on the screen. Body parts have been put together and the dead thing has been brought back to life. How much more interesting can you get. People get bored to easy.

Frankenstein
Andy Worhols: Frankenstein
Young Frankenstein
Rocky Horror Picture Show
Abbott and Costello meets Frankentein
Etc.

Its like Baseball, a sport  about a hitting a ball with a stick. There are films that just can't get your interest. Those are the films that are really bad. Also one must be curious about all things "Seek and you shall find". Somethimes its not the movie, but he person watching the movie. A person must have an apreciation for all things in life.

Sometimes a films delivers a "What was that responce" better than another film. This is essential to good filmmaking. Sometimes this is done intentionally and other times by accidental. The accidental ones sometimes are more fun. Depending on you taste or mood.

Insted of a cd player and extra drinks holders, you can order extra muscles, stainless steel bolts, and an exrta portion of woopass.....then agine, that cd player could come in handy on a slalk trought the woods........
