It's amazing what will turn out to be really funny. I noticed a while back that a few people on YouTube were setting accelerated movie clips to the Benny Hill theme. Thought I'd play around with it.

This is the first thing I came up with. Seemed obvious to me, but nobody had done it. Surprisingly, it's had nearly 4,500 views and it has a five-star rating. Go figure.

That is exactly what I wanted to say.

Andy, my kids think your creation is the epitome of humor, and they keep begging me to play that over and over and over..........
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't the sport for you.

Ha!  Jenna and little Andy here agree.

PS:  My wife was worried at first when she heard the music and the kids started laughing.  Her question/comment was:  "Benny Hill?  I hope you are not showing them Benny Hill."

Normally we wouldn't like anyone tampering with our original Godzilla material. I mean really, but somehow that clip works.

Xenorama

that was really funny.  i mean, it's good the battle was played for laughs in the first place, that helps make it funnier.

way better than having three tools talk through the movie!

Bravo, AndyC.
I'm at work so I can't have the sound on, but I've got the music in my mind.  Now all we need are scantily clad ladies chasing Godzilla.

The Burgomaster

Benny Hill was a god.  Imagine . . . a chubby middle-aged guy surrounded by scantily clad women with big breasts.  I have the chubby middle-aged guy part covered, now all I need is the scantily clad women . . .

I watched that the other day and I just came back to see it again.  That is outstanding!

Oddly enuff...if memory serves-I seem to remember on channel 9 in NYC,when I stayed with my Granma Morris in the Bronx, that Benny Hill either followed or was before a weekly (or was it daily?) movie show which played LOTS of Japenese Toho flicks. This was in about...oh...1984? It was on about 3:00 or so in the afternoons...
