That is running across the entire site. The banner is from a company called MVD that does a good deal of independent film distribution (and music).

At first I mistook this for the film they've been promoting at one of my fave sites http://trashfilmorgy.com/ , but their's is Monster from Bikini Beach. But Bikini Bloodbath sounds right up their alley.
