More copright insanity - Ford now owns the pictures you took of your car

Hey I have some pictures from around my house  with my daughters Taurus in them - including a satellite pic from Google Earth, do you thing Ford will be after me now?

The bad news is that Ford probably would have no chance to win this case if it went to court, but a not-for-profit club wouldn't want to spend even a cent to defend themselves. 

The good news is that the bad press Ford gets from these heavy-handed tactics hurts the brand more than the "misappropriation" of their trademark in a fan calendar would. 

If I were on the board of Ford, someone in the legal department would lose their job over this mistake.
