I vote that in Dodge City (1939). It was very...thorough.

The fight scene below is widely considered to be one of the longest and most brutal ever filmed.

Beat me too it Ash, that fight between Rowdy Roddy and Keith David in They Live! has to have been the longest fight between two guys I've ever seen in a film. It gets to the point where you wish the hell they'd get done already.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Killer Bees

The fight scene at the end of Blazing Saddles was pretty nifty   :teddyr:

Save what has been lost
Bring back what once was mine

I'm partial to the fight between Stalker and Pighead Man near the end of Deathstalker.  It doesn't last too long, but it's brutal.

I could watch Jackie Chan fight scenes all day, as such I'd like to nominate his mighty brawl against the axe wielding gang in Drunken Master 2/Legend of the Drunken Master (which I couldn't find a clip of, oddly enough...), and this classic from Rumble in the Bronx!
