I remember when AOL bought Time-Warner and thinking it was a seminal moment. . .

I remember when AOL bought Time-Warner and thinking it was a seminal moment. . .

And now they are looking to spin off some of the components of AOL into separate entities.

And, of course, Google is fighting the merger of Yahoo and Microsoft in the halls of Congress. And no doubt, they'll fight it in the courts, as well.
