B Movie Title HELP!!

Hi.  One of my friends and used to have B movie marathons in college all of the time.  I'm trying to find out the title of one of the movies so that I could surprise her with a B movie care package.  All I can remember is that this guy has some sort of monster that lives in his pants and is controlling him.  The only image I keep seeing in my mind is the monster (kind of looks like a "male organ") and the guy is going to get a BJ and the monster attacks the guys girlfriend by flying out the the guys pants.  I know it's not all that specific, but I was hoping somebody could help.  Thanks!!
