Any other "Diary Of A Wimpy Kid" fans?

Anyone else a HUUUUUUUUUUGE fan of the 'Diary Of A Wimpy Kid" series of books? I know I am.

The books are absolutely hilarious and quite possibly the best series of books ever written---forget Harry Potter, Diary Of A Wimpy Kid  is so much better.


I already have the first two books and I plan to have all five in the series(currently the plan is to end at the fifth book)


In case you haven't read these yet, they are books that are perfect for any kid any age as well as adults--the main character isn't perfect and isn't a good role model--he does things that are wrong from time to time--but like the creator says---a good role model wouldn't be funny. Besides he's more realistic not being a good role model or a perfect kid--no one is perfect.

They are a riot to read IMHO. And I hope that somehow more end up getting written after the first five that are planned.

Already looking forward to Book 3 coming out in the fall..........driving me nuts with anticipation.

Hmmm.  Sounds interesting.  Never heard of them before.
I used to love reading books like this when I was younger.  Maybe I'll see if the local library carries them.

I'll check 'em out as soon as I finish the last Dark Tower book.  Been reading that series for years and I've gotta finish it first.

My daughter reads them, she is off school today (weather) and she is reading one right now.
