It was a bit different.  If you like vampire movies, you ought to see it once.  Otherwise, take it or leave it.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

Neville

Saw it many years ago, when it first appeared in VHS. Found the pace rather uneven, which is a staple when it comes to Landis' more serious work, but it has a few nice variations on the vampire / mobster genre, and a great turn by Anne Parillaud. That she happens to appear at her most sexy / revealing it's just a happy coincidence.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

I quite enjoyed it, I found the idea of a police officier attempting to arrest a vampire very amusing, this is a movie that is worth watching.

Reach for the heavens in hope for the future for all that we can be, not what we are. Henry John Deutschendorf Jr.

I actually saw this one when it was in theaters. I would rate it  *** out of ***.  Very enjoyable even though it does have some narrative problems.
"There is no way out of here. It'll be dark soon. There is no way out of here."

WildHoosier09

Saw this one on netflix.  Not one you would watch for its in-depth thoughts on the condition of man in the modern day but reasonable by B standards.  This one I would give 2 maybe 3 slimes, but only because the vampire female rarely wears clothing
The only difference between zombies and toddlers is one is cuter than the other.

Hammock Rider

I barely remember this one. Was Don Rickles in this, as a vampire?
Jumping Kings and Making Haste Ain't my Cup of Meat

Dr. Whom

Well worth watching, especially for Anne Parillaud
"Once you get past a certain threshold, everyone's problems are the same: fortifying your island and hiding the heat signature from your fusion reactor."

Wenn ist das Nunstück git und Slotermeyer? Ja! ... Beiherhund das Oder die Flipperwaldt gersput.

Sersonius

The scene when the vampiress handcuffs herself was great. Not only because of the erotic value of the scene but because of its realism. I really dislike when in vampire movies people just arent afraid of them enough as they should. Here you have a guy who is afraid on a most basic level.

Skull

I'd like it... especially how Anne Parillaud turns from sexy girl to a savage monster in a snap, for the hunger of blood.

I'd wish there were more vampire movies like Innocent Blood.
