Need the Name of Group & Song

This has been driving me nuts trying to remember the name of a certain song and group.
It's a late 80's or early 90's dance song that I used to play in my car all the time.
(I went through a dance music phase in the early 90's and remember buying the cassette single.

The song is a pop dance number and it has an announcer/dance instructor voice saying throughout the song, "Step left...around...and together with the right."
He says more but I forget what.

Anyone know what song and group this is?

You know, I tried to find it on Google a few months back and came up with nothing.
I'd forgotten about it until last night.

This song brings back memories because I used to date a girl who loved it.
It's one of the reasons I ended up buying the cassette single.
After all these years, it's still catchy!

 A song'll get stuck in my head and drive me crazy for a few days. I've found that if you go to advanced search and type "lyrics" in the top line and whatever  words you can remember in the 2nd line, you usually get lucky or at least narrow it down. If you get a few different results and you can't tell by the lyrics, you can then go to Amazon and try to find the 30 second clip for it in their CD section.
