One of my all time favorites is "Save the Earth" in Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster.

Oh yeah, and what about the title song from "My Son, the Vampire."

Ever notice how the music from TALES from the CRYPT tv show sounds oddly like the theme from MY SON THE VAMPIRE?

The "Fall Break" song from The Mutilator was pretty fun, too.

It's just amazingly out of place once the movie gets rolling and the killer is doing his killing.  It does provide some sense of the brutal change, kids going to a beach house to enjoy fall break and being murdered instead.

Another favorite of mine is "The Blob" from THE BLOB, credited to THE FIVE BLOBS which charted in 1958 reaching #33 (youtube link already posted by REV.)  Though not a fan of THE KILLER, can't deny his hotness, this one from HIGH SHOOL CONFIDENTIAL (plus lots of COOL clips  and yes, that's JACKIE COOGAN on the piano in the "beat" part)  :

I've been trying to collect themes songs from my favorite slashers and put them on my iPod for a while now. Here's "The Legend Lives" from "Madman," which is oddly creepy even with the ridiculously cheesy synth notes. The music video is set to footage from the Ninja Turtles cartoon for some reasons...:

I have the soundtrack to "Forbidden Zone" -- it's mostly all Cab Calloway, with very little Oingo Boingo.  Wonderful music!!
I like Weird Al Yankovic's take on Bond music in "Spy Hard" -- "The naaamme of this film is Spyyy HAAARRDD!!", etc.
