Alice Cooper's been around since the mid 60s in one incarnation or another, going through many different changes in looks and sound.  I've been a fan since I discovered him thanks to influences by my uncle's music.  Here's some gems I've located.

Heh absolutely - Alice has been in quite a number of crap movies: Spanish Dog, Sextette, Prince of Darkness, Freddy's Dead (Nightmare 6), and some movie I'm vaguely remembering with Meatloaf.  I'm sure there are quite a few more.  I'll have to do some research and add links to selected scenes.

Prince of Darkness is definitely not a good movie IMO, but dang it if itsn't highly enjoyable & entertaining.

I'd always liked him but I've only recently been getting into him more. I only had a best of collection but I got 'Killer' the other day, great album.

That's a very good album -from my favorite era.  My fav is probably "Love it to Death" which came out the same year as "Killer" (1971).  School's Out ('72) and Billion Dollar Babies (73) are also some kick ass Alice albums.

Mr. DS

Alice is a trailblazer in the form of shock rock.  When I used to DJ for a classic rock station, our midday jock there got a pic with Alice holding her newborn daughter.  Alice had a face which seemed to say "awwwww".   They said he was really cool backstage.  To make this thread complete you need a picture of him golfing.

Apparently, Alice Cooper and Weird Al Yankovic are friends, or at least, friendly with each other.  I always liked both, but this is just cool:

"The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded Hell."

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.

Those get regular rotation on my iPod.  For my money, Under My Wheels is one of the best songs I've ever heard.  I put it in my muxtape.
