Karma, DistantJ.

Some of his financing for Tunnel Rats came from the South African Department of Trade and Industry.

I dunno what my colleagues there were thinking.  :buggedout: :buggedout:
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

TunnelRats doesn't look so bad, though.

Though I haven't seen it, so I can't judge.

Back in ...oh...I believe it was November of  '06, I was fortunate enough to meet Verne (Mini-Me) Troyer. I asked him what his next movie would be....he said it was a comedy called POSTAL! I never dreamed it was a Uwe Boll film! Wow!
Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

I didn't even know of this guy till he came out and attacked Eli Roth and Michael Bay, I've never seen any of his movies and they don't seem like the sort of flicks I would like, but I have instant respect for him. I heard he called Spielberg a hack, now regardless of if you think he's an ass for saying that or great, you got to give it to the guy. And to call himself a genius. I love people who are up themselves.

If you liked that, you should go back and look up some of his other antics.  The guy is a riot.  A while back, tired of being called the worst director of all time, he challenged all of his critics to a fight.  I'm serious.

Golden Palace sponsored it and but the only person to take the challenge was the webmaster of somethingawful.com, Lowatx. He headed up to Canada to take a few punches in the name of publicity and a cameo in Postal.

This is why I follow the things Uwe Boll does, he's got balls, and I've been waiting for him to make a movie which shows it, and here it is, POSTAL.

Also, while House of the Dead andis just as craptacular as you've heard it is, BloodRayne was decent (albiet a little dry), and it has a sequel (I've yet to see) set in the Wild West which is supposed to improve on it, and another sequel, set in WW2, on the way as well. When was the last time you got to follow a hot vampire chick through the ages?

Problem is Boll is a victim of both first impression judgement and internet anti-hype. The guy does two bad movies and suddenly everybody curses anything with his name attached, so a lot of people are going to hate POSTAL before they even see it (if they even watch it at all).
