Agreed! Bruce is funny. His choice of projects is odder then , say, Mark Hammel's flicks (Guyver, anyone?), but, much more sucessful.

Who knows? I think he does convention appearances, but I'm not sure...

Well, I've gotta say...

No.

He's a great PERFORMER -- he projects a lot of energy and enthusiasm on-screen; the really get the feel that he's pleased as punch to be up there in front of you.

But as an actor?  I've yet to see evidence that he can really get inside a role and make me believe that he's anyone but Bruce Campbell.  Of course, that could just be because the roles he's offered only ask him to "play Bruce Campbell."  I mean, if someone had asked me to assess Liam Neeson's acting ability after seeing only Darkman... same problem.

But as it stands, I've seen no evidence of great acting ability.

 Did you see his guest appearance on Charmed last season? I didn't even recognize him at first.
