Toxic Zombies

Does anyone else remember this film? My Dad rented it one night when I was home from college. There's a leak in a toxic waste dump and, you guessed it, people start turning into homicidal zombies. There's a family trying to escape from them. One of the characters is a retarded older kid. He has a stuffed animal- a rhinoceros. all through the film he's got it in his lap and he's stroking the horn. No, I am not making this up. :) I don't remember much else about the film.

Haven't seen it yet myself, but I got a picked up a copy of it last year. I'll get around to it sooner or later, but I've heard nothing but bad things so I'm in no hurry.
