Student Bodies!

Student Bodies, the sublimely stupid slasher parody from the '80s is finally getting a DVD release. I've been living with an old VHS copy for some time now, so this was incredibly good news to me.

It looks to be a bare bones DVD release, and who knows what the picture and sound quality will be like, but I'm excited. Damn excited. I've been quoting this movie for years.

"Student Bodies" is part of a bunch of new releases from Legend Films, a subsidory of Paramount films. Some of the cool stuff also coming out:

- Phase IV (the old killer ant movie)
- The Posession of Joel Delaney
- William Castle's The Busy Body
- Jekyll and Hyde... Together Again
- The Skull

Needless to say, I'm going to have to pick up all of these.

Wh-wh...wh...WHAT?!!!

You have got to be flippin' freakin' fargin' kidding!!  The movie so horrendously bad that it's been available nowhere for almost 2 decades (and is presently one of my most cherished OOP videos)...THAT ONE??

The Out-Of-Print video collection gap is narrowing...    :bluesad:

I love this movie. I used to see it all the time on Comedy Central in the 90s. Malvert rules!
