I have a new favorite BAD movie!!!!

I watched OTIS tonight.  Holy cow, I love this one!!!!!  It is a hilarious, bloody spoof of the "torture porn" genre, minus the porn.

OK, without giving away too many spoilers, I'll give you the set-up.  OTIS is a forty something blob, a hulking 300 pound beast in sweat-stained shirts who delivers pizza when he remembers to show up for work.  He has a hard-working brother and a sister-in-law named Kim that he has the hots for.

Did I mention he is a serial killer?  His hobby is kidnapping pretty young girls and chaining them in his cellar, where he dresses them in cheerleader uniforms and forces them to "play-play along" as he lives out his fantasy about being a high school football star and taking them to the prom.  Oh, and he calls them all by the same name - Kim.

He had kidnapped and murdered five girls when his attention gets focused on a pretty blonde named Riley.  However, Riley is a tough and spunky girl, whose parents eventually find out where Otis lives . . .


and decide to pay him a little visit!


This movie is AWESOME, and make sure you watch the alternate ending on the DVD!  Other than a lack of nudity, I can't think of a single element of classic bad moviedom that is missing from this gem.  You just gotta see it!

I was reading some positive reviews about that and put it on the wish list a few weeks ago.  Man, so many movies on the wish list.  And all I do is buy audio equipment

It's about time, but it sounds more than anything like a spoof of one of the obsessive revenge thrillers of the 70s....

It gets a half-star less for lack of nudity?!? No wax off Waxwork's nose

I wonder if it would be good in a double feature...
